Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at SwiftSight. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing research & development, software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development. Day-to-day tasks include leading technology initiatives, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions.
Our technologies are based heavily on computer vision, generative AI, predictive AI and 3D, 4D and 5D modeling. Knowledge and experience in these areas are key.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of software and product development, as well as IT strategy.

Lead all company-wide technology initiatives and innovations.

Lead all technology project management functions to ensure seamless transitions.

Effectively collaborate with all co-founders/leadership team to ensure company values and commitments are upheld.
Qualifications:

Proficient in developing Computer Vision and AI-Spatial algorithms

Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Ability to work autonomously in a flexible, remote setting

Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Computer Vision or a related field, or a combination of education and experience preferred
Compensation:
Compensation for this position will be in the form of equity shares in the company until the company is adequately funded. The position would then transition to a paid position.
